What is the best AI training for founders without a tech team?

Most AI advice assumes there is someone technical who will implement it. Why is a founder without developers a different problem?
Because the bottleneck is not knowledge, it is that there is nobody to hand the work to.
A founder who takes a general AI course finishes it knowing more and doing nothing differently, because the next step still needs an engineer. What should a non technical founder check before hiring AI training?
- That it assumes no coding background. Not "beginner friendly" as a marketing line, but a trainer who is not an engineer either.
- That you leave with something built. A session where you watch a demo teaches you what is possible. A session where you build teaches you what to do on Monday.
- That the trainer has shipped something themselves without engineers. Ask what they built, when, and whether it is live.
- That it is one to one if you are one person. A group course paced for a team of twelve will not cover your business, which is the only case you care about.
- That there is nothing to buy. The work runs on the tools you already have, and there is no platform to license.
How much does AI training for founders cost?
400 euros plus 21% VAT, for the 90 minute one to one session and the written roadmap that follows it.
That includes discovery on your own real materials before the session, so the 90 minutes start with a point of view instead of with questions. The roadmap says what is worth systemising, what is worth automating, and what is worth ignoring, which is usually the most valuable column.
If you do have a team, the group training is a different product: two hours, built on the team's real tasks, 500 euros plus 21% VAT for the whole team rather than per person.

Who runs it?
Cristina Fonseca, founder of IA con Cristina. Nicaraguan, based in the Netherlands, working in English and Spanish.
