What if it turns out there is nothing to automate?

It happens, and I say so. Part of the work is marking what should stay exactly as it is. Leaving knowing that three of your processes do not need AI is also a result, and it saves you the money of trying.

Do I need to be technical?

No. I am not an engineer either. I came to artificial intelligence from seven years in venture capital, where I evaluated over 300 startups. If you can explain how your business works, you have everything you need.

400 euros for 90 minutes?

For 90 minutes and the document that follows. The standard price for this work is 1,200 euros. Early clients pay 400 while I build the first cases.

Can I run it myself?

Yes, it is written for exactly that. The roadmap comes in a form your team can execute without me. If you would rather I install it, the MOTOR Installation exists.

If I want the full installation later, do I repeat the diagnostic?

No. The MOTOR Installation already includes this same diagnostic and this same roadmap. If you know you want it installed, you can go straight there.

What language do we work in?

English or Spanish, whichever is comfortable. You pick when you book.
