It is a focused 1:1 strategy session built around the MOTOR method for AI. We diagnose where you really are, work out where AI fits in your business, get specific on tools and workflows, then turn it into a 30/60/90 plan you can actually follow. You leave with a personalised AI plan, not a list of tools you will never open.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. That is the whole point. The session is built for non-technical founders. No coding, no jargon. If you can describe your business in plain English, you can do this.
What do I walk away with?
A recording, a transcript, and a personalised AI plan. The 90 minutes is the catalyst. The takeaways are what make it usable for weeks after.
Can I run it myself?
Yes, it is written for exactly that. You or your team can execute it without me. If you would rather I install it, the MOTOR Installation exists.
How is this different from the MOTOR Training or the MOTOR Installation?
The MOTOR Roadmap is strategy: my brain on your business for 90 minutes, and you or your team do the doing afterwards. The MOTOR Training is live training for teams, focused on automating tasks. The MOTOR Installation is two weeks, with two days on-site, where we set your strategy, I train your team, and three systems end up running.
