What is the MOTOR method for AI?
The MOTOR method for AI is Cristina Fonseca's five step method for installing artificial intelligence in a business: Map, Order, Transform, Operate and Reinforce. Unlike a course, it does not end when you understand AI. It ends when the systems are running inside your business.
The sentence behind all of it is short. I make AI actually work in your business. MOTOR is that sentence opened into five steps.
The five steps

Who is it for?
Small and medium companies, and people running a business on their own. The subject is always your business, so it works the same for a team of twenty as for someone working alone. No technical background required, and no programming knowledge needed.
How is it different from an AI course?
A course leaves you knowing. The MOTOR method for AI leaves you with the systems working. Training does exist inside the method, in the Reinforce step, but it is the end of the work rather than the product. If what you want is to understand artificial intelligence, a course is cheaper and that is fine. If what you want is for repetitive work to stop eating your week, someone has to install it.

The MOTOR Installation is at founder rate for the first 4 clients. After that it goes up.
How long does it take?
The roadmap is delivered within 48 hours of the session, in a form you can hand to your team the next morning. The full installation takes two weeks.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Cristina Fonseca is not an engineer either. She came to artificial intelligence from seven years in venture capital, evaluating over 300 startups at Rockstart and placing in the top 4% of more than 6.000 candidates at Included VC. That work teaches you to tell quickly what actually works from what merely sounds good, which is exactly what the Order step requires. She built these systems for her own business first.
Do you work with companies in the Netherlands?
Yes. Cristina is based in the Netherlands and works in English and Spanish. Sessions run virtually by default, which keeps them easy to schedule across the Randstad and the rest of Europe. In person is possible and costs a bit more.
