What can actually be automated in two weeks?

Repetitive, predictable work: proposals, follow-ups, meeting summaries, sorting email and documents, the report someone assembles by hand every Monday. Anything that needs judgement and trust stays with you, and we decide that in the diagnostic.

Why three and not ten?

Because three running beat ten half-built. The rest stay in the roadmap, ranked, for when these three are routine.

What happens when the two weeks end?

You keep the systems, the documentation and 30 days of direct support. After that you carry on without me, which is the point.

Why 2,000 now and 3,000 later?

2,000 is the founder rate for the first 4 clients, while I build the first cases. After that the price is 3,000. The spot is reserved with full payment.

Do I need to buy expensive tools?

Almost everything runs on paid Claude or ChatGPT and on what you already use. If something else is needed, it appears in the roadmap with its price before you buy it.

Do you work with my team or only with me?

With whoever has their hands on the process. I need one person on your side who can grant access and reply quickly during those two weeks.
