The MOTOR Installation for AI is an artificial intelligence enablement intensive. Two weeks: two full days in your business and the rest online. We set your AI strategy together, and I train the people on your team who will actually run it.
You do not need another consultant building things you cannot maintain. You need an AI-capable team, so the systems keep running and keep improving long after we finish.
You end up the strategist, not the bottleneck. And not dependent on me.
The shift
Most AI consulting leaves you more dependent, not less.
An agency builds you a clever system, hands over a video explaining it, and leaves. Six months later it is broken, nobody on your team knows why, and you are back on a call paying for the fix.
The MOTOR Installation is built the opposite way. I am not there to be the person who knows your AI, I am there to make your team that person. We build the first system together, hands on, so they learn by doing. The other two I install, and they stay running.
You are not renting my brain. Your team is building the muscle.

Two weeks. In person where it counts.
The preparation happens before I arrive. The strategy, the training and the first build happen in the room, because that is the part that does not work over a screen. The rest is done online.

We talk it through.
A call to talk it through, specific to this service. I hear your business in your own words and we both work out whether this is the right fit. No preparation needed.
- Before I arrive
I get to work.
I take your materials and what we covered on the call, and build a point of view on your business: where AI moves the needle, where it does not, and what your strategy should be. By the time I land I am not discovering. I arrive with a plan to shape with you.
- Two days in your business
Strategy, training and a build.
Two full days back to back. We develop your AI strategy together, properly, in the room. I train the people on your team who will run it. And we build the first system hands on, side by side, so they learn by doing rather than by watching.
- The rest of the two weeks, online
I install the other two.
The two automations still on the plan get implemented and running on your real data, with their documentation. We meet online to walk your team through them.
- From there
Your team carries it.
It closes with two hours of training and 30 days of direct support with me. Your strategy is set, your operators are trained and your three systems are live. Where it goes next depends on your team, and that is the point: it can go somewhere without me.

What actually happens in the two weeks?
Before we start I do the preparation on the materials you send me. Then two full days back to back in your business: strategy, training for your team, and the first system built together. The rest of the two weeks is online, and that is when I install the other two automations and leave them running. It closes with two hours of training and 30 days of direct support.
Is this done-for-you? Will you build my AI systems?
Partly, and the part that is not is deliberate. The first system we build together with your team hands on, so they learn by doing. The other two I install and leave working. What I do not do is leave behind things nobody on your side understands. When I finish, your team runs them, extends them, and builds the next one.
Who is this actually for?
People with a business that already works, who want real AI systems and a team that can run them. You need at least one person who can own AI day to day: that is who I train. If you work on your own and there is nobody to hand it to, the MOTOR Roadmap fits better.
What if I am far from the Netherlands?
The normal format includes the two days on-site, because the training works better in the room. If you are far away and the travel does not make sense, we run the whole thing online, same two weeks and same delivery. Email me before paying and we will settle it.
Is travel included in the price?
No. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately depending on where you are, and I send you the number before you book. The price on this page is for the work.
Why three systems and not ten?
Because three running beat ten half-built. The rest stay in the plan, ranked, for when your team can build them alone. Which is exactly what we train for during the two days.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. That is the whole point. It is built for non-technical businesses. No coding and no jargon on your side. If you can describe how your business works in plain English, you can do this.
Why 2,000 now and 5,000 later?
2,000 is the founder rate for the first 4 clients, while I build the first cases. After that the price is 5,000. The spot is reserved with full payment.
How is this different from the MOTOR Roadmap or the MOTOR Training?
The MOTOR Installation is two weeks where we set your strategy, I train your team, and three systems end up running. The MOTOR Roadmap is strategy: my brain on your business for 90 minutes, and you or your team do the doing afterwards. The MOTOR Training is live training for teams, focused on automating tasks.
