What actually happens in the two hours?
It is a working session built around the MOTOR method for AI and around the tasks you send me beforehand. In the first hour we rank which of those return the most hours once AI touches them, and the team orders its own list. In the second, each person runs AI on one of their own tasks until it works. They leave with workflows running, not with notes.
What if the team is not technical?
Better. That is the whole point. The session is built for non-technical teams. No coding, no jargon. If they can describe their work in plain English, they can do this.
What does the team walk away with?

How many people fit in a session?
Email me the team size before paying and I will confirm. Large groups are better split into two sessions, because the value is in every person getting hands on.
Is this an AI course?
A course leaves you knowing. Here the team leaves with their own tasks already running on artificial intelligence.
How is this different from the MOTOR Roadmap or the MOTOR Installation?
The MOTOR Training is live training for teams, focused on automating tasks. The MOTOR Roadmap is strategy: my brain on your business for 90 minutes, and your side does the doing afterwards. The MOTOR Installation is two weeks, with two days on-site, where we set your strategy, I train your team, and three systems end up running.
